Do you like eating pumpkin? Today I'll show you some way to eat them differently.
Spicy Sausage and Pumpkin Chili
Brown spicy Italian sausage in the Dutch oven, pour out the extra fat. Add chopped Onions and green pepper, chili powder, cumin, and a pinch of crushed chili pepper; Cook until the vegetable is softening. Stir in, beans, grilled tomato cans and their fruit juice and canned pumpkin. Stew for 20 minutes. Service and sour cream, slicing scallions and broken monterrey jack cheese.
Sugar pecan and pumpkin cake
Season with pumpkin canned pumpkin spice (or a mixture of ground clove, cinnamon and ginger) and pure vanilla extract, then mix in cotton candy cream. Layer a little bowl broken graham cracker and sugar pecan.
